We’re An Award Winning Office Space

We are pleased to announce that The Dryden Enterprise Centre has been awarded ‘Best Medium Project’ at the Yorkshire Structural Engineering Awards 2021.

The Dryden Enterprise Centre is home to NTU Enterprise, providing business support to budding entrepreneurs at NTU, as well as offering a collaborative, yet professional home to the wider business community. The Dryden Enterprise Centre offers a range of office facilities, in addition to providing members access to NTU’s incredible network. We are home to entrepreneurs, founders, SMEs and start-ups in and around Nottingham.

Our building, designed by Evans Vettori Architects and structural engineers Mott Macdonald, takes inspiration from the work of Hans Scharoun and Claude Parent, while complimenting the character of the existing 1976 Dryden building, utilising a similar mix of brick and pre-cast concrete. The project focuses on efficiency and carbon reduction as a key element, with sustainability being a core initiative when structuring the building.
