More about the space on offer...

What is the shared workspace like?

There are two floors of coworking space within the Dryden Enterprise Centre, all built and designed with business in mind. Fully furnished with high-end fixtures and fittings (not a flat pack in sight) and built in tools to help control sound so you can focus on getting your work done.

Neutral colours, considered planting and interesting artwork make the spaces perfect for entrepreneurs looking for a professional place to call home. Members can also use break-out pods for informal meetings or a bit of added privacy for calls.

If you like a bit of buzz in your office, our 18 seat first floor coworking space would be for you. It’s shared with a flexible workstation and direct access to our private outdoor Deck, allowing easy expansion of your team and a change of scene when you need it. The first floor is also home to our Enterprise Team, so you’ve got easy access to support if you need it.

For those who need a little more focus in our 20 seat second floor shared workspace might be right up your street. Here the space is exclusively coworking desks. Flexible desks can still be used, and they’re located separately for concentrated collaboration.

What are the licence terms for the shared workspace in Nottingham?

Your licence to use our coworking spaces are on a monthly rolling term, giving you the flexibility to upscale or downsize whenever you need to. We request a deposit equal to one month’s membership plus your first month’s membership when you join us, then your licence fee will be taken monthly.

Once you’re ready to move on up and out we just need a months’ notice and you can be on your merry way.

More about your VIPs...

Can I bring guests into the DEC as part of my licence?

Dedicated desk members can sign a maximum of 4 guests into the space and your guests need to act within our House Rules and your membership terms.

You can meet guests informally in communal spaces, and if you need a formal meeting space you can book these, subject to availability. You will have some time in meeting spaces allocated to you as part of your licence, and beyond this time you will be charged a standard rate for meeting rooms.

If you’d like more guests to join you, you’re welcome to host them informally within our Front of House, and if you’d like to co-work for the day (or more!) in our flexible spaces additional flexi-passes can be purchased.
